Terms of sale

What is sold

Digital products, in English or Spanish: the book in PDF ($9.99), the five guided practices in MP3 ($24.99), and the bundle with both ($32.99). None of them includes the printed book or any physical shipment.

Who sells to you

The sale is made through a payment platform that acts as the authorized seller (merchant of record) for Breath Based Wellness LLC: it takes your payment, calculates taxes, issues the invoice, and delivers the files. The charge may appear under its name on your card statement, and its own buyer terms, shown before you pay, also apply to the purchase.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include the taxes that apply in your country. If your card is in another currency, your bank will apply its exchange rate and may charge a fee.

Delivery

When your payment is complete, the download button appears, and you also receive it by email. Download the files that same day and keep them: the button in the receipt expires after six hours. If you miss it, write to us and we'll resend them.

Refunds

These are digital files delivered instantly. By buying, you ask for delivery to begin immediately and accept that, for this reason, there is no right of withdrawal or refund once the purchase is made.

The only exception is a failure on the store's side: if the file arrives damaged, the download doesn't work, or you were charged twice due to a system error, write to info@prananidra.co within 14 days of the purchase. We'll fix it, and if it can't be fixed, we'll refund you.

Before buying, you can listen to a full practice and read the first pages of the book in the free sample, and make sure you're choosing the language you want.

What you may do with the files

They are for your personal use. You may keep them on your devices and listen to or read them as many times as you like. You may not resell them, share them publicly, upload them to the internet, or use them in paid classes, workshops, or sessions without written permission. If you teach and want to use them with your students, write to us.

Health

Prana nidra is a practice of conscious rest. It is not medical treatment and does not replace it. Do not listen to the audios while driving.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States). If you buy as a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before its courts.
