We collect the minimum data needed to sell you the book and the audios, and to notify you if you ask us to. We do not sell or hand over your data to anyone for their advertising.

What data we process, and why

If you leave your email to be notified

We keep your email, your language, and the reason you left it (for example, the print edition). We use it only to send you that notification and, if you agreed to it, news about the book. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.

Emails are sent with Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., United States), which stores the list on our behalf.

If you buy

Payment is handled by an external payment platform, which acts as the seller and processes your payment and billing data under its own privacy policy, linked on the payment page. We never see or store your card details. From each order we receive your name, email, country, and what you bought, so we can help you if you have a problem with the download and keep our accounts.

If you write to us

We use your email and what you tell us only to reply to you.

Visitor measurement

Only if you accept measurement cookies, we use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to know how many people visit the site and which pages work. If you don't accept, neither one loads. We explain this in the cookie policy.

Where your data is

Mailchimp, the payment platform, Google, and Meta process data in the United States. When data leaves the European Economic Area, these providers apply the safeguards provided for by European law, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Your email on the notification list, until you unsubscribe. Order data, for as long as tax and accounting obligations require. Emails you send us, for the length of the conversation and a reasonable time afterward.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to it, or take it with you. Write to info@prananidra.co from the email address you want to ask about, and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you live in the European Union and believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll email everyone on the list.
